The Tutty's Waitress is a woman with orange hair, red lips and blue eyes. She wears a green headband and red earrings, green vest with a white T-shirt underneath tucked into a short black-and-white striped skirt, long socks up to her knees and short black boots. She also wears a white wrist band on her right arm.
