Rocky and Mugsy are two criminals in The Looney Tunes Show. They both wear hats at all times.
Biography[]
They are first seen in the criminal notebook in It's a Handbag. They appear as criminals in the notebook, along with many other Looney Tunes villains.
They are seen in Mrs. Porkbunny's. They make a cameo in the episode's Merrie Melodies, "Stick to My Guns" where they are called the Mafia, and Sam reveals he declared a vendetta on them.
