In order to get a driver’s license, one must pass an easy application consisting of questions (date of birth, address, gender, etc.) which Lola and Daffy find to be difficult.
After this is completed, the applicant must 1) pass a written exam and then 2) pass a physical driving test.
If an applicant fails the written test once, they are allowed to retake it one more time. If they fail again, they must wait two weeks to reattempt it.
While Daffy and Lola "passed" the written exam, Porky "failed" twice because of Daffy and Lola.
